2. Collection items: name, email, contact information, company name, position
3. Retention period: Contents of service inquiries and personal information are retained for 3 months after the headquarters responds and are stored separately and destroyed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Caution. Information unrelated to service inquiries will be destroyed without any further response.
